Terms of Use

1. Identification and Acceptance

HYVEN is a platform for hiring labor and suppliers for the events industry, operated by POC JOB SOLUCOES EM EVENTOS LTDA (CNPJ No. 32.334.215/0001-35), headquartered in Brazil ("HYVEN," "we," or "the Company").

By creating an account or using the platform — including during the validation phase with invite-only access — you represent that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms govern the relationship between POC JOB SOLUCOES EM EVENTOS LTDA and users in the Organizer, Talent, and Supplier categories.

2. The Service

HYVEN connects event organizers with freelance professionals and suppliers, enabling job postings, applications, hiring, reviews, and team management.

Validation phase (in effect): access is free, restricted to users with a valid invite code, and limited to the city of Rio de Janeiro. The Company reserves the right to end, change, or expand this phase at any time, with reasonable prior notice.

HYVEN is not a party to the contracts entered into between Organizers, Professionals, and Suppliers. The platform is an intermediation infrastructure; working conditions, compensation, and responsibilities belong exclusively to the parties to each engagement.

3. Registration and Eligibility

To use HYVEN, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older;
• Hold a valid CPF as an individual (or CNPJ, in the case of Suppliers that are legal entities);
• Provide true, complete, and up-to-date information;
• Use a valid invite code during the validation phase.

Each CPF or CNPJ may be linked to a single active account. Creating multiple accounts to evade suspensions, reviews, or the platform's history is expressly prohibited and subject to permanent ban.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all actions taken under your account.

4. Conduct and Responsibilities

The following is prohibited to users:

• Providing false or misleading information in your profile, applications, or reviews;
• Using the platform for illegal, discriminatory, or abusive purposes;
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users;
• Attempting to access restricted areas or third-party data without authorization;
• Automating interactions with the platform without the Company's express authorization.

HYVEN may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prejudice to any other applicable legal measures.

Reviews published on the platform must reflect real experiences. False or manipulated reviews will be removed and may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform content — brand, logo, interface, source code, texts, and features — is the exclusive property of POC JOB SOLUCOES EM EVENTOS LTDA or its licensors. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

The user grants HYVEN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and use the content they publish on the platform (profile, portfolio, descriptions) solely for the provision of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

HYVEN is provided on an "as-is" basis. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, absence of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose, especially during the validation phase.

POC JOB SOLUCOES EM EVENTOS LTDA is not liable for:

• Damages arising from contracts entered into between users outside the platform;
• Default, breach of contract, or improper conduct by Organizers, Professionals, or Suppliers;
• Indirect losses, lost profits, or moral damages not resulting from a willful act of the Company.

7. Term, Amendments, and Jurisdiction

These Terms take effect on the date of the user's acceptance and remain valid while the account is active.

POC JOB SOLUCOES EM EVENTOS LTDA may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notification at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the deadline constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

The courts of the Judicial District of Rio de Janeiro/RJ are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged.
