Founder access · Rio de Janeiro · limited spots
The event you planned
for months can't fall apart
because someone didn't show up.
Hyven is the staffing platform for live events where producers, professionals and suppliers work together with track records, trust and rehire built in.
Built for everyone who makes events happen.
FOR ORGANIZERS
You've been saved by the sound tech who showed at the last minute. And burned by the caterer who vanished without a word?
Hyven keeps a record of every professional and supplier who's worked your events. Rehire who delivered. Never repeat who disappointed. All in one place: no spreadsheet, no WhatsApp group.
FOR PROFESSIONALS
You did the job perfectly, left with a great review and never heard from them again?
On Hyven, every gig becomes a track record. The producers you worked with can see you, review you and bring you back. No more depending on word-of-mouth or re-introducing yourself every time.
Event Supplier
You send the quote, wait a week and hear nothing back?
On Hyven, producers who need exactly what you offer come to you with real event context: size, date, scope. No blind bidding, no endless email threads.
Three steps. No friction.
