3. CPF and Date of Birth

3.1 CPF

The CPF is collected based on the legitimate interest of POC JOB SOLUCOES EM EVENTOS LTDA (Art. 7, IX of the LGPD) for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring the uniqueness of the registration and preventing duplicates;
  • Preventing users from re-registering to erase review history or circumvent a suspension;
  • Contributing to fraud prevention on the platform.

The CPF is not displayed publicly and is not shared with other users. Internal access is restricted to operational and security functions.

Retention after account deletion: the Company intends to retain the CPF for up to 5 (five) years after the account is closed, as a measure to prevent fraud and duplicate re-registration.

Legal review note

The retention period and the exact legal basis (legitimate interest vs. compliance with a legal obligation) will be validated with legal counsel before the public launch. Attention to the right of erasure under Art. 18, VI of the LGPD and the retention hypotheses of Art. 16.

3.2 Date of Birth

The date of birth is collected based on legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX of the LGPD) for the purpose of restricting access to adults aged 18 and over, as required by the Terms of Use.

The information is self-declared — HYVEN does not perform documentary verification of age. The restriction on minors is reinforced by the express prohibition in the Terms of Use and by the collection of the CPF, which allows fraudulent re-registrations to be identified. The date of birth is not displayed publicly.

After age verification, the date is retained while the account remains active and for the same period applied to the CPF after the account is closed.

Legal review note

Under the principle of data minimization (Art. 6, III of the LGPD), counsel is recommended to assess whether collecting the full date is necessary or whether the year of birth or a checkbox confirmation would suffice — which would reduce the volume of data processed without compromising the purpose.

4. Retention and Erasure

Personal data is retained while the account remains active or for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy.

After the account is closed, the following periods apply:

Legal review note

All periods exceeding 30 days are subject to legal review. Counsel must verify the appropriateness of each period and legal basis against the hypotheses of Art. 16 of the LGPD (retention after the end of processing) and confirm the extent of the right of erasure under Art. 18, VI in each case.

(b) For data processed based on consent (WhatsApp, notes/remarks), revocation by the data subject entails immediate cessation of processing and erasure, except where a retention hypothesis under Art. 16 of the LGPD applies.

  • Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest;
